The voice in your head

There is a constant voice in our heads.

A commentator. A narrator. A stream of thoughts that often speaks without invitation.

But here’s the quiet truth:

You cannot be both the speaker and the listener.

So who is speaking?

When you notice a thought—especially a negative one—you are already the observer of it. That means it isn’t you. And most of the time, those thoughts aren’t even true. They’re exaggerated, outdated, or rooted in fear rather than reality.

Yet they linger.

They haunt our energy in subtle ways, shaping our mood, tightening our bodies, and pulling stress into our field—into our quantum space.

When we believe these thoughts without question, our energy lowers instead of expands.

But awareness changes everything.

The moment you observe a thought instead of identifying with it, you reclaim your power. You begin to realize that you are not the voice—you are the consciousness listening to it. And consciousness has choice.

You control your field.

You influence your energy.

You are not at the mercy of the commentary.

You are the awareness within you.

You are the energy itself.

And remembering this is how we come back to ourselves.
