Duality & Grief
I’ve been thinking about duality lately.
How it’s possible to be somewhere beautiful, somewhere that feels good to the body and the breath, while life is also unraveling in painful ways.
I’ve lost three of my animals. My brother-in-law died while I was on the plane coming back from Belize. Another loved one is very sick. And still—I feel okay most of the time.
I am grateful every day. Not sometimes. And there is no guilt in that.
It means I’m human enough to let more than one truth exist at the same time.
Maybe this is what duality really is—not choosing light over dark, but allowing them to share the same space within us.
